Wagonmaster Group is growing on Vancouver Island, and we need someone who already lives here and understands the territory. If you're a true B2B sales hunter — or you come from the automotive service world and can sell — this is your chance to own a profitable Island territory with a respected Canadian brand.

This is real outside sales. You'll be in front of dealerships, service centers, and decision-makers across Greater Victoria every day. If you don't have genuine B2B sales experience (or deep automotive service experience you can translate into sales), don't apply.

What You'll Do

  • Build out and grow a Vancouver Island territory — mostly Victoria and surrounding areas
  • Hunt for new business and close it
  • Strengthen relationships with dealership service departments
  • Deliver demos, presentations, and hands-on training on Wagonmaster programs
  • Manage your pipeline, hit activity targets, and keep CRM notes clean
  • Work with our operations and delivery teams to keep customers stocked and supported
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and protect the accounts you win

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years of proven Business to Business sales or outside business development experience
    OR strong automotive service/maintenance experience with the ability to sell
  • You currently live close to downtown Victoria — relocation is not considered
  • Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle (full EV vehicles not eligible)
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Able to run your territory independently without hand-holding
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and standard sales tools
  • Automotive industry experience is a major advantage
