Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Leasing & Sales Coordinator to support our development and sales team. This position requires strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management processes.This role will play a key part in coordinating leasing, marketing, and sales activities across our development projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all leasing and sales activities for new and existing developments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team, leasing agents, and marketing partners.
  • Manage lead generation, client inquiries, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and maintain sales and leasing documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, open houses, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and high-quality client experience throughout the leasing and sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business, real estate, marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate development, sales coordination, or leasing administration (residential or commercial).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to oversee end-to-end sales and leasing activities.
  • Proven marketing initiatives that elevated project visibility and accelerated sales and leasing success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
