**Patient Experience Coordinator - Full Time**

Our growing naturopathic practice is seeking support from a full-time Patient Experience Coordinator. We help people in our community to balance their lives through preventative healthcare. Our clinic offers naturopathic medicine, IV nutrient therapy, esthetics, and more

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you’re the smiling face of the clinic, you love helping people, are passionate about all things natural living and are looking for flexibility to support your progressive lifestyle.

Some of the things you’ll do on the daily:

- Welcome patients and make sure they feel taken care of
- Keeping our clinic space clean and sanitized
- Support our practitioners with booking, billing and administrative tasks
- Hold space and be you

It would be extra helpful if you
- Love being organized
- Have an interest in or some experience with systems/processes/procedures
- Have experience with JaneApp or are generally savvy with computers
