What You'll Be Doing

Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
• Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leo's experience every time they visit
• Consistent and organized.
• Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts
• Keep up to date on Leo's specials, practices and communication with managers.
• Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.
• Upselling to ensure the best customer experience.
• Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.
• Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.
• Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN

What We're Looking For

Specific Job Requirements:

• Mix of day and night shifts.
• Potential of moving to full time in the summer months.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant serving experience.
• Thrive in a team setting.
• Provide amazing quality of service to all our customers.
• Responsible serving certificate.
• Experience preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Killer eye for detail.
• Think on your feet, embrace change, and roll with the punches.
• You're crazy reliable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety.
• Effective communication and people skills and can work with anyone at any time.
• Enthusiasm, passion, and a knack for spreading that energy throughout the building.
