As Brock Solutions continues to grow and respond to the on-going requirements of major clients, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in Kitchener, ON.

Responsibilities may include:
- Provide administrative support for Transportation and Logistics Projects. Examples include:
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking project documentation, materials, shipping memos, requests for information, etc.
- Assist with accounting tasks including work orders, engineering change proposals, invoicing, tracking subcontractor payments, etc.
- Internal & external meeting coordination and follow up
- Airport security badging and safety coordination
- Assist Project Managers in reconciling project and resource schedules
- Assist the Project Management Office with resourcing, accounts receivable, work in progress reporting, and initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Documentation management experience
- Ability to communicate and track tasks with external customers/partners
- Familiarity with general project management and accounting practices is a plus
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Administration, or similar discipline is preferred
