We're hiring an in-office Inside Sales & Marketing Representative to execute day-to-day marketing and keep our HubSpot CRM organized and useful. This is a behind-the-scenes role (not the public face of the company). Most communication is handled through our inbox and marketing channels.

If you're early in your career but already have hands-on experience (school, co-op, internship, freelance, or side projects) and can produce quality work with minimal training, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Marketing execution

  • Create marketing emails/newsletters (copywriting, basic segmentation/lists, scheduling, reporting)
  • Build landing pages and lead capture forms (HubSpot and/or website tools)
  • Write and publish blog posts / website updates (coordinate with website builder as needed)
  • Create social content (captions, posts, simple graphics; content calendar)
  • Support Google & Meta ads (draft copy/creative, basic builds, monitoring, iteration)

CRM + lead operations (HubSpot)

  • Lead mining / list building (research, validate, organize)
  • Clean and maintain HubSpot records (contacts/companies, notes, tasks, follow-ups)
  • Track lead status and clearly hand off strong leads to the owner for calls/closing
  • Monthly KPI reporting (output + results)

Coordination

  • Work with a videographer to plan, organize, and publish video content
  • Keep work organized in shared files and repeatable checklists/SOPs

Outreach expectations (not a cold-calling job)

This role is primarily written/digital: email, text/message-based follow-up, and marketing content. You may occasionally coordinate by phone, but you are not expected to spend your day cold calling.

Requirements (please read carefully)

  • In-office availability (this is not a remote role)
  • Strong computer skills (fast learner, organized, comfortable in multiple tools all day)
  • Clear writing and professional communication
  • Real proof of ability: portfolio links or samples (school projects accepted)

Preferred

  • HubSpot CRM and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (certs are a plus; HubSpot Academy offers free online training and certifications). HubSpot Academy+1
  • Basic Google Ads and/or Meta Ads familiarity
  • Canva/basic design or simple video editing/repurposing

Compliance

You'll be working with email/text marketing. You must follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requirements (consent, identification, unsubscribe). CRTC+1

Bonus

Performance bonus based on consistent output + measurable improvements (lead quality, inquiries, campaigns shipped, CRM cleanliness, etc.)
