Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Energetic, creative individual with excellent communication skills.

Strong team player that can work independently.

Willingness and eager to learn.

Keen attention to detail

Photography experience/knowledge an asset - not required - we will train.

Be available to work in a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in store customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
