ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Manager at Blue Water Wash in Brandon supports daily operations by assisting with facility and equipment maintenance, monitoring staff and workload schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also involves upholding biosecurity standards, handling customer concerns, and coordinating required training for the staff.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in facility, equipment and yard maintenance
  • Direct customers/trailers into bays as required
  • Handle customer complaints when Manager is unavailable
  • Monitor wash schedule and communicate with head office as soon as issues are noticed
  • Ensure that the team remains customer service orientated
  • Work together with Management to ensure biosecurity remains top priority
  • Spot check trailer washes
  • Approve timecards and monitor hours
  • Participate as a member of the WSH Committee
  • Coordinate WHMIS Training
