Ce que vous ferez
Relevant du VP, Ventes et Marketing, le rôle consiste à fournir des solutions techniques efficaces aux clients concernant l'utilisation des contrôles CVAC, actuateurs et vannes motorisées de Neptronic, que ce soit par téléphone, en personne, par le biais de formations ou de présentations de produits.
Le titulaire contribue également au développement de produits, à l'évaluation des besoins du département, à la coordination des ressources et au traitement des retours clients, tout en collaborant avec d'autres départements internes tels que l'ingénierie, les tests, les ventes, la gestion de produits, la production et le marketing.
Sur une base quotidienne, vous serez appelé(e) à :
- Fournir un soutien technique expert et un service client de qualité pour l'ensemble de la gamme de produits Neptronic.
- Collaborer avec les techniciens, intégrateurs et ingénieurs afin de résoudre les enjeux techniques et assurer une mise en service optimale des produits.
- Réaliser le dépannage technique à distance ou sur le terrain, selon les besoins.
- Appuyer les représentants des ventes et les équipes internes en leur offrant un soutien technique efficace et rapide.
- Tester les produits en fonction des retours clients et travailler avec les équipes de tests et de R&D pour identifier et corriger les anomalies.
- Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des produits, logiciels et outils de sélection.
- Concevoir, rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique destinée aux utilisateurs finaux et aux partenaires.
- Développer et animer des formations techniques pour les employés, partenaires et équipes de vente.
- Offrir un soutien de remplacement à l'équipe de support technique pour les divisions Humidificateurs et Chauffages électriques.

Ce que nous recherchons
Vos qualifications
- Formation en génie électronique, électrique ou en contrôle
- Les nouveaux diplômés sont encouragés à postuler (2 à 3 ans d'expérience directe constituent un atout)
- Connaissance des protocoles BACnet, Modbus et autres standards de l'industrie
- Forte orientation client et attitude axée sur le service
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Sens du détail, rigueur, organisation et approche pragmatique
- Solides habiletés analytiques
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques
Vos atouts
- Expérience pertinente dans le domaine du CVC (HVAC), de l'automatisation du bâtiment ou du génie des systèmes de contrôle.

What you'll do
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the role is responsible for providing effective technical solutions to customers on the use of Neptronic's HVAC Controls, Actuators and Motorized Valves, by phone or in person, by way of training or product presentations.
On a typical day you will…
- Provide expert technical support and high-quality customer service for Neptronic's full range of products.
- Collaborate with technicians, integrators, and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal product commissioning.
- Perform technical troubleshooting remotely or on-site, as needed.
- Support sales representatives and internal teams by delivering efficient and timely technical assistance.
- Test products based on customer feedback and work with testing and R&D teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of products, software, and selection tools.
- Design, write, and maintain technical documentation for end users and partners.
- Develop and deliver technical training for employees, partners, and sales teams.
- Provide backup technical support for the Humidifier and Electric Heater divisions.

What we look for
Your qualifications
- Academic background in Electronics/Electrical/Controls Engineering.
- Fresh graduates can apply. 2 to 3 years direct experience would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and other industry standard protocols.
- Strong customer focus and serviceable attitude
- Proficiency in written, and fluent spoken English and French
- Detail oriented, accurate, well organized and pragmatic approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer literate
