Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined University Student (Internship) or a Newcomer Engineer (Entry-Level Experience) to join our engineering team. This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience assisting with industrial electrical systems, assembly, testing, quality control, and maintenance operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and technicians, providing crucial support across various technical phases of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant will provide technical support to the engineering team, focusing on the following areas:

  • Assembly and Installation:
  • Assist technicians with the assembly, wiring, and installation of industrial electrical panels, control systems, and components.
  • Interpret and follow electrical schematics and technical drawings precisely.
  • Testing and Quality Control (QC):
  • Perform pre-testing and functional testing of assembled equipment to ensure performance specifications are met.
  • Support the implementation of quality control procedures, documenting non-conformities and maintaining accurate test records.
  • Maintenance and Documentation:
  • Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Organize and update technical files, product documentation, and system schematics.
  • Help create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing processes.
  • 3D/CAD Drawing Management:
  • Read, interpret, and edit existing 3D models and technical drawings, including STEP and other CAD formats, for use in assembly and quality checks.

  • Status: Internship or Entry-Level Contract.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a University program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related technical field, OR a recent graduate (newcomer seeking experience) in a related field.
  • Technical Drawing Proficiency (MUST HAVE): Proficiency and hands-on experience are required to read, draw, and edit technical files in 3D, STEP, and CAD formats.
  • Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of electrical circuits, industrial control systems, and schematics.
  • Tools: Familiarity with basic electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a strong asset.
  • Skills:
  • High level of precision and attention to detail, especially regarding wiring and assembly standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and schematics.

Responsabilités Clés

L'assistant(e) fournira un soutien technique à l'équipe d'ingénierie, en se concentrant sur les domaines suivants :

  • Assemblage et Installation :
  • Assister les techniciens dans l'assemblage, le câblage et l'installation de panneaux électriques industriels, de systèmes de contrôle et de composants.
  • Interpréter et suivre avec précision les schémas électriques et les dessins techniques.
  • Tests et Contrôle Qualité (CQ) :
  • Effectuer des pré-tests et des tests fonctionnels des équipements assemblés pour s'assurer que les spécifications de performance sont respectées.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des procédures de contrôle qualité, documenter les non-conformités et maintenir des registres de tests précis.
  • Maintenance et Documentation :
  • Assister dans la maintenance de routine et le dépannage des équipements et systèmes électriques.
  • Organiser et mettre à jour les dossiers techniques, la documentation produit et les schémas de systèmes.
  • Aider à créer et à affiner les Procédures Opérationnelles Standard (POS) pour les processus d'assemblage et de test.
  • Gestion des Dessins 3D/CAO :
  • Lire, interpréter et modifier des modèles 3D et des dessins techniques existants, y compris les formats STEP et autres formats de CAO, pour une utilisation lors de l'assemblage et des vérifications qualité.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises

  • Maîtrise du Dessin Technique (OBLIGATOIRE) : La maîtrise et l'expérience pratique sont requises pour lire, dessiner et modifier des fichiers techniques aux formats 3D, STEP et CAO.
  • Connaissances Techniques : Compréhension fondamentale des circuits électriques, des systèmes de contrôle industriels et des schémas.
  • Outils : La familiarité avec les outils de test électrique de base (par exemple, multimètres, oscilloscopes) est un atout majeur.
  • Compétences :
  • Niveau élevé de précision et de souci du détail, en particulier concernant les normes de câblage et d'assemblage.
