Administrative Assistants work along with our professional and support staff to create a positive learning environment as part of our inspired community of learners pursuing student success.
 
The successful candidate will:

  • Have formal training and/or experience in the secretarial field;
  • Have excellent computer and communication skills;
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products;
In addition, preference will be given to those candidates who:
  • Value the creation of supportive and caring environments that foster positive learning outcomes;
  • Value collaboration and cooperative relationships;
  • Value inclusiveness as the celebration and acceptance of all people;
  • Have experience in basic accounting procedures.
  • Are familiar with Atrieve and PowerSchool software.
 



Substitute Positions

 

Applications for substitute positions will be accepted throughout the year.  Processing of applications is done based on school needs and in order of receipt.

 

Once your application is approved, you will receive a letter detailing the documents you will be required to submit prior to your placement on the substitute list and prior to placement in a school.  The submission of these documents is not required until you have received a letter of approval.  You are not eligible for employment until your name has been placed on the appropriate substitute list.
