Overview:

We're hiring a Director of Marketing to lead and scale marketing for a high-growth, enterprise B2B SaaS company. You will own strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and lifecycle programs—building a marketing engine that drives pipeline, accelerates adoption, and supports long-term category leadership.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can operate strategically and execute with speed, using data to guide decisions and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Define the multi-quarter marketing strategy aligned to revenue, expansion, and category goals
  • Lead and mentor a growing team across demand gen, product marketing, content, and brand
  • Own the full-funnel plan: awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention → expansion
  • Build scalable programs for enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on messaging, launches, and go-to-market execution
  • Establish clear performance metrics and dashboards; drive continuous optimization
  • Manage budget, agency partners, and vendor stack

Key responsibilities

Demand generation & pipeline

  • Design and run integrated campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, events, webinars, and partnerships
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales velocity
  • Align tightly with SDR/AE teams on ICP targeting, enablement, and feedback loops

Product marketing & positioning

  • Own positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiated narratives
  • Drive customer storytelling through case studies, references, and proof points
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence initiatives
  • Support pricing/packaging and value communication

Brand & content

  • Shape the brand voice and thought leadership presence
  • Build a high-performing content engine (strategic, technical, and customer-facing)
  • Strengthen owned channels: website, email, social, and community

Lifecycle & customer marketing

  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion campaigns
  • Partner with CS to improve retention and reduce churn
  • Create advocacy programs and scalable customer engagement

  • Predictable, growing pipeline contribution and improved CAC efficiency
  • Stronger conversion rates across the funnel
  • Clear, consistent messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers
  • Higher customer adoption, retention, and expansion influence

Required qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3–5+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven success scaling enterprise SaaS marketing
  • Strong track record in demand gen, product marketing, or integrated GTM leadership
  • Deep comfort with data, attribution, and funnel metrics
  • Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive communication
