About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Director who knows that real growth starts with clarity, consistency, and craft. 

You'll lead our digital media team, helping them think bigger, test smarter, and deliver performance that genuinely moves the needle for our clients. 

You'll guide how Acceler8 Labs defines success, not just through CTRs and ROAS, but through strategy, measurement, creative, and attribution that tell the whole story of a campaign. 

This leadership role is for someone who loves building, coaching, and optimizing - sometimes all before lunch. It's a chance to build something that actually scales - for our clients and for you. 

As a Performance Marketing Director, you will: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent professionals in our digital and creative teams 
  • Build frameworks and processes that scale across platforms and client portfolios 
  • Drive cross-channel performance strategy spanning Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, CTV, Snapchat and more
  • Champion measurement and attribution, from accurate tracking setup to MTA, Incrementality & MMM.
  • Champion attribution and measurement, from pixels and conversions API to incrementally testing media models 
  • Be a key voice on our leadership team, shaping how our business evolves and scales 
  • Work closely with platform partners to identify opportunities, test new features, and bring fresh thinking to our clients

You'll thrive in this role if you: 

  • Have hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment 
  • Have led teams and love seeing the people around you grow 
  • Know your way around creative testing, scaling frameworks, and e-commerce funnels 
  • Have a deep understanding of GA4, attribution, tracking, and everything that connects paid media to profit
  • Are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with balancing strategy with problem-solving
  • Live in Canada (we're a remote first team)
