Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Kenora, Ontario

What's the Gig?

As our Site Supervisor, you'll be the captain of the ship (or, in this case, the rooftop). You'll oversee every detail of our roofing projects, making sure they're completed on time, on budget, and up to our sky-high standards. You'll be the go-to person for our crews, keeping things running smoothly while ensuring safety and quality are top priorities.

Lead the Charge – Motivate and direct our roofing crews to get the job done right.

Keep It Running – Manage materials, schedules, and all on-site logistics like a pro.

Quality Control – Regularly inspect the work to ensure every nail, shingle, and seam is on point.

Problem-Solve Like a Boss – Tackle any issues that pop up and keep things moving.

Stay Safe & Compliant – Enforce safety protocols and industry best practices.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work – Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver amazing results.

Roofing Rockstar – Experience in roofing or construction supervision is a major plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.15-$45.16 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
