Vos responsabilités : 

o    Établir et entretenir des relations générales avec les clients à tous les niveaux, en mettant l'accent sur l'établissement de relations à un niveau approprié au sein de la structure du client

o    Exécuter la stratégie pour le client

o    Assurer la mise en œuvre du plan d'affaires conjoint du client (PACC)

o    Optimiser l'utilisation des ressources afin d'accroître la rentabilité des opérations

o    Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility, with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal).

o    Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.

o    Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.

o    Strategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

Job specific requirements:

o years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).

o    Bonus Requirement – Metro Expertise: Deep understanding of Metro systems and familiarity with their organizational structure and planning cycles.

Travel requirements:

- Ability to come to the office 2-3 times a week and attend customer meetings, as required.

o    Gestion stratégique des comptes : succès avéré dans la gestion des comptes nationaux, ainsi que dans l'élaboration et l'exécution des plans d'affaires annuels

Éducation/Certifications :

o    Baccalauréat en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA un atout)

Exigences spécifiques au poste : 

o    4 à 6 ans d'expérience progressive dans le secteur des biens de consommation de consommation courante (de préférence)

o    Exigence bonus — expertise Metro  : connaissance approfondie des systèmes Metro et familiarité avec la structure organisationnelle et leurs cycles de planification

Exigences en matière de voyage : 

o    Disponibilité pour se rendre au bureau 2 à 3 fois par semaine et assister aux réunions clients au besoin
