We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex marine service operations.

Position Overview

The Service Advisor serves as the key link between our clients and our technical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the marine industry, excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role requires both customer service finesse and technical understanding of marine systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients to understand service needs, provide estimates, and explain work requirements.
  • Create accurate service quotes, invoices, and job estimates based on diagnostics and technician input.
  • Schedule and coordinate service work between technicians, parts, and management.
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and client communications using computerized systems and scheduling tools.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Support workflow management and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine industry (service, operations, or technical role).
  • Strong understanding of marine systems, engines, and service processes.
  • Excellent customer communication and estimation skills.
  • Highly proficient with computers, scheduling software, and data entry.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment.
