Introduction

TruckRight is a sophisticated Software as a Service (SaaS) platform built to help trucking companies manage their people efficiently and effectively, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, retention and learning. Providing timely and accurate verifications of employment is a big part of what we do, and we're busy growing the team that does it.

If you're a stickler for details, a stellar communicator, and bilingual in English and French, we definitely want to meet you.

Each day, you'll be calling out to obtain verifications of employment, taking inbound calls regarding our clients' recruits, and/or software problem-solving, as well as updating and maintaining customer accounts with accurate, complete, and detailed information. All in an energetic, high-paced environment with delightfully regular working hours.

What You'll Do
  • Call out to obtain verifications of employment on behalf of our clients
  • Field inbound calls regarding our clients' recruits
  • Keep records of your interactions, process customer accounts, and electronically file documents
  • Follow our established communication procedures and guidelines
  • Go the extra mile to create genuine relationships with our clients and their candidates
Who You Are
  • You have terrific communication skills
  • You can speak fluently in English and one of French, Hindi or Punjabi
  • You're technologically inclined and able to use business software
  • You're patient, attentive and positive at all times
  • You have great customer service skills
  • You're always ready and willing to learn
  • You're able to manage your time effectively
  • You're goal-oriented
  • You're confident, collaborative, and professional
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus (but not a must)

Position Type and Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. We work on-site in our Belleville office from Monday to Friday.

Work Authorization
