Bilingual Order Management & Customer Service Representative (French required)

This role combines elements of purchasing, logistics coordination, and customer service.
Respond to inquiries in French and English by phone and email
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and manage backorders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, or order management
