Your day-to-day job would include calling out to obtain verifications of employment, taking inbound calls regarding our clients’ recruits, and/or software problem solving, as well as updating and maintaining customer accounts with accurate, complete, and detailed information.

**Qualifications**:

- Clear Communication Skills in **_French and English_**:

- Ability to use Positive Language
- Time Management Skills
- Customer Service Skills with experience
- Goal-Oriented Focus
- Willingness to Learn
- Criminal Record Check

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have patience and attentiveness in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and electronically file documents
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and create genuine relationships
