Bilingual Client Support Specialist - Pickering, ON ***4-6 month contract to start - with a chance to earn your spot

On site gym, clean and new open concept office. Supportive team and excellent training. You'll like going to work.

Strong English and French
Customer service experience (ideal industries are automotive, banking, or insurance), but not a must
We'd also encourage entry-level candidates to apply (those with hospitality experience, working at a restaurant, a cafe, or in retail)
40 inquiries a day, a mix of emails and phone calls, lot's of multitasking, taking notes and making adjustments to the customers' accounts. The quality of the company, the calibre of people you'll work with, the pay is above average, and you have a chance to grow. Hours are 830-430, hybrid 3 days on site. PS French will be tested as part of the application process.

please note: there is infrequent public transit in the area - getting to work on time with no car will be a challenge
