Job Overview

One of our core solutions is the Property Management extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central which helps our customers in all aspects of managing their properties.

We are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team.

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers to get the most out of their software solution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in various office software applications.

Duties

  • Improve sales success by

  • conducting product presentations,

  • answering customer inquiries and

  • keeping marketing material up to date

  • Support potential clients in their decision-making process

  • Support customer implementations by

  • conducting integration tests and

  • creating test instructions and user manuals

  • Cooperate with our developers to implement customer requirements

  • Suggest new features for future versions

  • Communicate with our German team

  • Documentation of all activities

Professional Skills

We expect you to understand property management and business basics and to have experience with using or implementing business management software. Ideally you already have worked with a property management company or a service provider for property management.

Pay: From $40,750.16 per year
