Our team is composed of experienced professionals and we work with contractors that are reputable and reliable. We primarily specialize in property maintenance, day-to-day operations, creating capital improvement plans, and organizing efficient property restoration. Our company prides itself in its innovative and modern approach to property management, founded on relationship-building and trust.

We are searching for a Full-Time Strata Property Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Strata Corporations, including day-to-day operations and project management
  • Organize services and maintenance with Strata contractors and clients
  • Prepare minutes, agendas, and additional documentation for clients and meeting
  • Handle email correspondence, client phone calls and general inquiries
  • Prepare Operating Budgets, Schedules of Strata Fees and Special Assessments
  • Attend Strata Council Meetings and General Meetings representing New Point
  • Assist Senior Property Manager with various administrative tasks and duties

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Must work well independently
  • Advanced level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • UBC Sauder Property Management Courses and RECBC License for the Strata Management is an asset
