We are looking for a talented and motivated Menswear Designer to support the Creative Director in the creation and development of our collections. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong passion for menswear, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced fashion environment. Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of seasonal menswear collections across tailoring, casualwear, and smart-casual categories. Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and presentation boards using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Research trends, fabrics, trims, and design details while keeping brand DNA and customer in mind. Support in fabric and trim sourcing, including preparing swatch boards and communicating with suppliers. Collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure accuracy in garment construction and fit. Prepare and maintain design packs, including line sheets, measurement charts, and BOMs. Participate in fittings, taking notes on fit adjustments and communicating changes to technical teams. Contribute to mood boards, seasonal concepts, and design presentations for internal and external review. Stay informed on competitive landscape and industry trends within the menswear market. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, ideally within menswear. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D software is an asset. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit. Knowledge of pattern design, grading, and fit adjustments. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing multiple priorities. A strong portfolio showcasing both creative and technical menswear design work. Clear understanding of the menswear landscape, from tailoring to casual and smart-casual market segments.
