What You Will Do

  • Greet customers and understand their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
  • Maintain all service related paperwork and track customer vehicles throughout the process
  • Provide timely updates to customers and ensure outstanding communication
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors and team members
  • Keep repair order files organized and easily accessible
  • Assist in visual and auditory inspections to identify vehicle issues or visible damage
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily service flow
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Help maintain a clean and organized service department
  • Ensure all customer and vehicle information is recorded accurately

What You Bring

  • Valid G or G2 class drivers license
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience is an asset but not required
  • Ability to learn and follow processes while using our computer systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment
  • Ability to make sound decisions and provide a professional customer experience
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems or parts is helpful but not required
