Job Summary: The Client Service Coordinator (CSR) is a key position responsible for providing the front line support for clients to ensure that they are satisfied with all products and services. This position is responsible for purchase order creation and follow up, vendor management, logistics management and collaboration with the sales team. We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated success in both client and vendor relations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, creative in technique to think outside the box, an outstanding communicator and most importantly, results driven.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Responsible for representing Full Line Specialties in a positive and professional manner with our customers, vendors and community.
  • Managing the client experience through communicating with vendors by phone and/or email
  • Handling all service needs including assisting with customer requests and / or concerns
  • Ensure all vendor purchase orders are on schedule and meeting quality expectations.
  • General administrative duties including answering, screening, and directing calls
  • General Shipping and Receiving of products
  • Utilizing internal custom software database to manage our clients and vendor's needs.
  • Supporting the order fulfillment team in processing and packaging customer orders.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Knowledge:

· Proficient levels of competency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

· Previous experience working within the Promotional products, or an equivalent customer service background is desired.

Skills:

· Requires strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

· Prominent organization with a high sense of attention to detail.

· Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills required.

Abilities:

· Ability to communicate in a respectful and welcoming manner by email, telephone and in person.

· Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to multi-task a high volume of customer projects at one time, work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision, successful at prioritizing work.
