We’re now looking for a **Client Service Coordinator** to join our team and help continue our legacy of exceptional service and quality.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and providing information on testing services, schedules, and results.
- Record Job details into company software (CRM)
- Collaborate with Dispatch to schedule and coordinate materials testing services that meet client deadlines, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of test results.
- Monitor ongoing job statuses alongside Dispatch, providing clients with regular updates.
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for future services.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the testing process with professionalism and urgency.
- Collect relevant information from technicians to generate accurate reports and ensure client expectations are met.
- Generate and send detailed test reports to clients.
- Handle invoicing, contract management, and essential administrative tasks related to client services.
- Follow up with clients after services are rendered to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of client communications, job reports, and invoices for easy access and reference. Ensure all documentation is properly filed, secure, and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or a similar role (experience in construction or engineering is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Excel, etc.); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to handle client concerns and challenges.
- Knowledge of materials testing or the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
