About the Role
As we continue to grow through new development and acquisitions, we're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution, POP & signage rollout, performance reporting, aggregator management, and local store activation across a portfolio of our brands.
What You will do
Campaign Execution, POP & Store Activation (35%)
- Execute national marketing calendars across your portfolio.
- Manage all campaign components: POP, menu updates, signage, pricing entry, vendor coordination & store communications.
- Lead direct mail (digital & print), Soul Foods–exclusive promotions & local store marketing.
- Oversee marketing for new store openings & major renovations model, LSM plans & launch reporting).
Performance Insights & Reporting (25%)
- Analyze sales trends, KPIs, LTO performance and channel mix.
- Support pricing & margin analysis across your and the wider portfolio.
- Develop dashboards & reporting insights for key stakeholders.
- Identify operational and marketing opportunities to improve performance.
Aggregator Channel Performance (20%)
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Uber Eats, DoorDash & SkipTheDishes.
- Develop and partner to implement Soul Foods–specific aggregator calendars & offers.
- Track performance from sales and GP through to refunds & reimbursement accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve execution, accuracy & channel profitability.
Communications, Culture & Sponsorship Support (15%)
- Assist with corporate storytelling across website & LinkedIn.
- Support internal communications and culture initiatives.
- Help coordinate local community partnerships and sponsorships.
Cross-Functional Leadership (5%)
- Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT & vendors to ensure disciplined project management.
- Provide clear updates, timelines & insights to leadership.
- Support process-building and continuous improvement across the marketing function.
What you Bring
- 5+ years in marketing, analytics, communications or performance roles (QSR/retail an asset).
- Strong analytical & Excel skills (KPI tracking, margin analysis, performance modelling).
- Campaign execution and project management experience.
- Experience with aggregators (Uber/Skip/DoorDash) an advantage.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with urgency, ownership & accountability.
- Ability to travel to restaurants (~10%).
