Owl Practice Suite is looking for an exceptional Frontend Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you'll have the chance to apply your expertise in building modern web applications, take ownership of front-end development, and contribute to API design.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and deliver innovative, high quality user interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
• Drive front end development by evolving our platform for scalability, performance, and long term sustainability.
• Partner with UX/UI Designers to translate designs into intuitive, user friendly applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend Developers to ensure seamless integration and communication across systems.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools and technologies to continuously improve our development process.
• Contribute to maintaining coding standards through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and performance across devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end challenges with a solutions focused mindset.
• Take ownership of projects while contributing to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You'll Have:

• Advanced skills in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise with React, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Styled Components for building scalable UIs.
• Solid understanding of Webpack and front-end build tools.
• Strong knowledge of front end performance optimization strategies.
• Experience working on large scale web applications (healthcare domain experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with GitHub and version control best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Detail oriented and committed to high quality, maintainable code.
• A collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Focused on applying industry best practices and continuously improving your craft.
