What You'll Do

  • Knock on doors, connect with homeowners, and represent a trusted local painting brand with pride.
  • Start friendly conversations and book free painting estimate appointments — no hard selling, just building genuine connections.
  • Bring positive energy to each interaction while helping homeowners discover how we can transform their space.
  • Track leads, hit weekly goals, and celebrate wins with a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an asset — but not required.
  • Most importantly: You bring energy, integrity, and positivity everywhere you go.
  • Vehicle recommended but not required.

Schedule

  • Monday to Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday or Sunday: Afternoon shifts (typically 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
  • Friday off — enjoy a long weekend every week
