Are you outgoing, high-energy, and love meeting new people? We’re looking for a confident **Door-to-Door Marketer** to help us connect with homeowners and book painting estimates — and you can **earn $30+/hr with base pay + commissions**

**About the Role**:
You’ll be the friendly face representing Aaron’s Painting Company in local neighborhoods. Your main goals are to generate interest, book free painting estimates directly into our calendar, and deliver door hangers to promote our services. You’ll work during **weekday evenings and weekends**, when homeowners are most likely to be home.

**Service Areas**:

- Vancouver
- North Shore
- Port Moody
- Coquitlam
- Burnaby

**What You’ll Do**:

- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods
- Build rapport with homeowners and introduce our services
- Book free painting estimates on the spot
- Deliver door hangers to targeted homes
- Track your hours and routes each shift

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Outgoing, positive, and confident personality
- Strong people skills — you enjoy talking to anyone
- High energy and self-motivated
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying positive
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and keep accurate records
- Reliable vehicle to get to our service areas throughout Metro Vancouver

**Compensation**:

- **Earn $30+/hr** with base pay + commission for each booked estimate
- Performance bonuses

**Hours**:

- Part-time: ~20 hours per week
- **Primarily weekday evenings and weekends**
