Make a daily difference. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Worker who believes every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and successful. In this role, you'll partner with educators and families to provide thoughtful, consistent support that helps children thrive.

What you'll do

  • Build trusting relationships with children and families
  • Support regulation, inclusion, and engagement throughout the day
  • Collaborate with educators to adapt environments, routines, and strategies
  • Model calm, respectful communication and positive guidance
  • Keep accurate notes and uphold all safety, privacy, and policy standards

What you bring

  • Asset: ECE diploma or Child & Youth Care certification
  • Asset: Experience supporting children with exceptionalities (e.g., ASD, NVLD, APD) and related training
  • Standard Workplace First Aid & CPR Level C
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Clear SD
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuinely caring presence
