The Product Manager supports the institutional product management team to define and deliver innovative data-driven voting and engagement products that meet the needs of the corporate governance market and align with Glass Lewis' strategic goals. This role requires a proven track record of product development, experience working in the research and data industry, strong client management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the successful development and launch of products. You will have a high level of visibility throughout the organization working closely with commercial, research and technology teams to realize the long-term product vision. This position reports to the Senior Director, Institutional Products.

  • 7+ years' experience in product management, particularly within the research, data, or analytics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex products from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive successful product launches and market adoption.

  • Support sales and marketing in product commercialization and go-to-market efforts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for product-related inquiries, resolving issues and providing strategic guidance across teams.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers, commercial and marketing teams, to understand client needs and translate them into key product features.
  • Collaborate with product ops, UX/UI, research and technology teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the product portfolio.
