Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience 
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience successfully delivering mobile, customer-facing, or back-end software products
  • Experience working with B2C software products
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience working using the HDC Toolkit
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills to be able to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelors Degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, business, commerce, engineering, technology, or relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking and/ or financial services
  • Master in Business Administration, Masters in Management Analytics, Master in Engineering,
  • or related Master's Degree
  • CSPO or any other Product Management certification
