Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic guidance to enhance financial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and have 5 years experience in either the RV or Automotive Industry.

Duties

  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processing financing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval.
  • Understanding and complying with federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle sales and finance departments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

This position requires the ability to work well under pressure, be organized, and possess good computer skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills would be an asset. F&I personnel are often expected to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to accommodate both customers and sales staff.
