As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Junior Finance Manager** to join our team.

**Job Summary**

The Junior Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the dealership’s finance and sales operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers with financing options, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and Sales Team to provide a seamless vehicle purchase experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Assist customers in understanding their financing options, including loans, leasing, and extended warranty packages.**

**-Work with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and terms for vehicle financing.**

**-Review and ensure the accuracy of all finance-related documentation.**

**-Maintain compliance with all applicable provincial and federal regulations regarding vehicle financing.**

**-Support the Sales and Management teams with financial guidance and deal structuring.**

**-Build strong relationships with financial partners and lenders.**

**-Provide customers with information about vehicle protection products such as warranties and insurance.**

**-Help track dealership finance performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).**

**-Experience in an automotive dealership, finance, or customer service role is an asset but not required.**

**-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.**

**-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.**

**-Proficiency in dealership management software (PBS) is a plus.**

Pay: $69,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
