About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Short form Content Creator / Videographer who loves short-form storytelling.

You'll help capture and share the real journey of building Play3 from the inside — filming in the office, creating behind-the-scenes content, and turning everyday startup moments into videos that perform on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll handle the full process — concept, shoot, edit, and publish — while working directly with the founder for creative direction and feedback.

We're not looking for a traditional videographer or filmmaker.

You don't need a $10K camera setup — just great taste, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what makes content feel real.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Capture day-to-day footage of the founder, team, and projects (phone or light camera)
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Descript, or Premiere Pro
• Write quick scripts, hooks, and storylines that grab attention
• Add captions, overlays, and platform-native elements that make content pop
• Post directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder to brainstorm ideas, trends, and angles
• Combine feedback with your own creative instincts to refine each piece
• Help evolve our content style, voice, and visual identity as we grow

Distribution & Insights

• Manage posting schedule across platforms
• Track engagement and share what's performing best
• Stay on top of short-form trends, sounds, and storytelling techniques
