Recently ranked #1 by G2 in their Momentum Report, our technology & services are leading the way for influencer marketing with a high growth trajectory, driven by our users' satisfaction, expanding team, and strong digital presence.

Our platform is trusted by global brands like Oakley, North American leaders including Groupon & Fanatics, as well as national retailers such as Best Buy. Top agencies like Gen3, whose clients—Fender, Sonos, and Lyft—rely on Creator to take their influencer strategies to the next level. If you are looking to shape the future of influencer marketing, we would love to meet you.

Role Overview:

Creator is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager, focused in Agencies, to join our Strategy team, supporting the performance, social media and ad agencies that license our influencer marketing platform. Own the success of our agency partners. You'll build and run the enablement programs, frameworks, and resources that help agencies onboard fast, activate campaigns confidently, and scale outcomes. You'll also manage a portfolio of agency accounts to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and growth. While you won't carry a sales quota, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team to support new opportunities and help agency partners expand their use of the platform.

Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement

  • Design structured onboarding journeys and toolkits that take agencies from first login to first campaign launch.
  • Build scalable playbooks for setup, creator recruitment, campaign activation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Create training assets and resource libraries including guides, tutorials, templates, and office-hours sessions.
  • Centralize knowledge in a searchable internal and partner-facing hub with SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting docs.
  • Liaise with Product to log bugs, surface feature requests, close the loop on fixes, and communicate updates clearly.
  • Publish regular best-practice updates and feature highlights to keep partners current and inspired.
  • Define enablement KPIs, then measure and improve onboarding speed, adoption depth, time to first campaign, and time to first attributable GMV.

Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for a set of agency partners, ensuring strong adoption, healthy usage, and on-time campaign execution.
  • Understand each agency's goals and translate them into actionable influencer marketing strategies and workflows.
  • Provide campaign support where needed, including QA of creator lists, briefs, tracking setup, and performance reporting.
  • Manage support tickets with clear, helpful resolutions and timely follow-through.
  • Facilitate an agency community for Q&A, webinars, and peer learning.
  • Identify opportunities for agencies to expand their influencer marketing services and increase the number of brands running campaigns on our platform.
  • Document what works and feed it back into the enablement library so every partner benefits.

What Success Looks Like

  • Agencies complete onboarding quickly and launch campaigns without escalation.
  • Partners adopt advanced features and follow the playbooks you've built.
  • Time to first win and time to first attributable GMV improve quarter over quarter.
  • Agency partners expand their influencer marketing services and bring more brands onto the platform.
  • Support volume per agency declines while NPS and renewal rates rise.
  • Internal teams reference your SOPs as the standard.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or partner enablement within a SaaS, martech, or agency environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of influencer or creator marketing, or paid social workflows.
  • Strong process design skills and a love of documentation that people actually use.
  • Excellent communicator who can teach, coach, and simplify.
  • Confident with platforms, integrations, tracking links, and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Organized, dependable, and calm under shifting priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • A vibrant, dog friendly office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per week
  • An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to industry events and conferences
  • A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication
  • The opportunity to participate in the scaling up of a thriving company including the professional and personal upside that comes with it

Compensation Range:

We offer a starting annual salary of $55,000-75,000 CAD

Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks.
