capture it all
— the process, the projects, the people — through video.

The Role

You'll be the studio's creative voice through content — filming, editing, and shaping stories that show what we do and how we do it.

From client showcases and behind-the-scenes reels to founder-led storytelling and case studies — you'll turn everyday moments into strong brand visuals.

This is a
hybrid creative-producer role
: part videographer, part editor, part project coordinator.

You'll manage shoots, deadlines, and creative flow, working closely with our founder and design team to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, record, and edit short-form and long-form videos for the studio and our clients.
  • Conceptualize and execute reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and creative campaign content.
  • Capture our studio culture, design process, and client work through compelling visuals.
  • Manage production schedules, coordinate shoot logistics, and oversee delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and clients to turn abstract ideas into strong, aesthetic video narratives.
  • Organize content libraries, plan posting schedules, and maintain consistency across all channels.
  • Support social media rollouts and campaign tracking in coordination with our team.

Who You Are

  • You're
    fluent in video
    — shooting, lighting, audio, and post.
  • You can
    edit fast and clean
    (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci).
  • You have a natural sense of
    storytelling, pacing, and design
    — not just trends.
  • You're comfortable interviewing clients or guiding on-camera moments when needed.
  • You're organized and responsible — can manage your own shoots, equipment, and deadlines.
  • You're Vancouver-based (or nearby) and open to in-studio days and location shoots.
  • You love small teams where your ideas directly shape the outcome.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with brand storytelling, tech or design studios, or product launches.
  • Skill with motion graphics, subtitles, or light animation.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or ClickUp for coordination.
  • Interest in creative direction, marketing, or studio operations — this role can evolve there.
