Are you a strategic people leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? Our client, a rapidly expanding global SaaS organization, is looking for an HR Manager to build and scale the people function that supports its growing international team across Canada, the UK, Australia, and the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who loves creating structure from the ground up, shaping culture through action, and ensuring every team member no matter where they're located feels supported, empowered, and set up to succeed.
Why this role is exciting:
- You'll have the opportunity to design and implement global HR systems, programs, and policies from the ground up.
- You'll be a key advisor to leadership, influencing decisions that drive organizational growth and culture.
- You'll lead international recruitment efforts, helping attract world-class talent to a growing tech company.
- You'll shape a people-first culture built on collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
What you'll do:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead full-cycle global recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple time zones.
- Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable pipelines.
- Optimize recruitment and HR technologies (e.g., ATS, onboarding tools).
- Elevate the onboarding experience to ensure every new hire feels connected and prepared.
HR Systems, Policies & Programs:
- Build and continuously improve global HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks.
- Implement and manage systems for performance management, engagement, and learning.
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations across operating regions.
- Administer benefits, EAP programs, and employee records with precision and care.
Culture, Performance & Development:
- Coach and support managers on performance cycles, feedback, and engagement.
- Promote professional development initiatives and recognition programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design and people strategy.
- Champion inclusion, collaboration, and a growth-oriented culture at every level.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in tech or a global, fast-moving company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Proven success in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) are an asset.
Why you'll love it here:
This isn't a maintenance role it's a build and grow opportunity. You'll have the autonomy to shape an HR function that scales with a global tech company, the trust of a forward-thinking leadership team, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on people, processes, and culture.
