What you'll do:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Lead full-cycle global recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple time zones.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable pipelines.
  • Optimize recruitment and HR technologies (e.g., ATS, onboarding tools).
  • Elevate the onboarding experience to ensure every new hire feels connected and prepared.

HR Systems, Policies & Programs:

  • Build and continuously improve global HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks.
  • Implement and manage systems for performance management, engagement, and learning.
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations across operating regions.
  • Administer benefits, EAP programs, and employee records with precision and care.

Culture, Performance & Development:

  • Coach and support managers on performance cycles, feedback, and engagement.
  • Promote professional development initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design and people strategy.
  • Champion inclusion, collaboration, and a growth-oriented culture at every level.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in tech or a global, fast-moving company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) are an asset.
