Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Coach/Personal Trainer located in Ottawa, ON. In this role, you will support members in achieving their fitness goals by providing personalized training programs, delivering expert advice, and fostering motivation. Responsibilities include leading athletic performance sessions, conducting strength and conditioning exercises, and offering one-on-one coaching to members. You will also help create a positive and engaging fitness environment, align with business coaching objectives, and ensure all client goals are supported effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Athletic Performance, Strength & Conditioning, and related training techniques
  • Skilled in Coaching and Training with an emphasis on developing personalized plans and one-on-one sessions
  • Experience in Business Coaching and the ability to align personal training services with organizational goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster motivation and build member confidence
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in fitness, personal training, or strength training (e.g., Certified Personal Trainer, CSCS, CanFit Pro)
  • Passion for health, wellness, and promoting long-term fitness goals
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic, results-driven team
