Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Warranty Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with bonus consideration given to those who have worked as a car salesperson. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with others, is confident in public speaking, and has a natural ability to build strong relationships.

As a Junior Warranty Trainer, you will assist in delivering engaging training sessions on our warranty products, processes, and best practices to dealership staff across various regions. You will support senior trainers while progressively taking on more responsibility in leading sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring dealer staff feel confident in representing our warranty programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Training & Development team in preparing and delivering warranty product training to dealership staff.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on warranty features, claims processes, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in creating training resources such as presentations, guides, and quick-reference tools.
  • Partner with dealerships to understand their training needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay current with automotive industry trends, warranty policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as an ambassador for our company, fostering strong relationships with dealership teams.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions to improve materials and delivery methods.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required:
  • Bilingualism (English/French).
  • Automotive industry experience (sales, service, or F&I).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in public speaking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Willingness to travel to dealerships (regional/national) as needed.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Assets:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales (F&I or Sales Consultant).
  • Experience with training, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, online meeting platforms).

Nous recherchons un(e) Formateur(trice) Junior en Garanties dynamique et motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance. En tant que Formateur(trice) Junior en Garanties, vous aiderez l'équipe de formation dans la présentation de sessions interactives sur nos produits de garantie, nos processus et nos meilleures pratiques auprès du personnel des concessions. Vous appuierez les formateurs principaux tout en prenant progressivement plus de responsabilités dans l'animation des formations, et l'élaboration de supports pédagogiques; vous vous assurez aussi que le personnel des concessions se sente capable de représenter nos programmes de garantie.

Responsabilités principales

  • Appuyer l'équipe de formation et de développement dans la préparation et la présentation de formation sur les garanties.
  • Animer des sessions de formation intéressantes (en personne et virtuelles) sur les caractéristiques des garanties, les processus de réclamation et les techniques de vente.
  • Contribuer à la création de documents pédagogiques tels que présentations, guides et outils pratiques.
  • Collaborer avec les concessions afin de comprendre leurs besoins de formation et offrir un soutien continu.
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie automobile, des politiques de garantie et des exigences de conformité.
  • Agir comme ambassadeur(drice) de l'entreprise en développant de solides relations avec les équipes en concession.
  • Recueillir la rétroaction des participants afin d'améliorer les contenus et les méthodes de formation.

Qualifications et compétences

  • Exigences:
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais).
  • Expérience dans l'industrie automobile (ventes, service ou F&A).
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et aisance en prise de parole en publique.
  • Solides aptitudes en communication et présentation.
  • Habileté à apprendre rapidement et à expliquer des concepts complexes de manière claire et engageante.
  • Disponibilité à voyager dans les concessions (régional/national) au besoin.
  • Organisé(e), adaptable et capable de travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe.
  • Atouts :
  • Expérience en vente automobile (conseiller(ère) aux ventes ou directeur(trice) commercial(e)).
  • Expérience en formation, coaching ou mentorat.
  • Compétences informatiques (PowerPoint, Excel, plateformes de réunion en ligne).
