About the Role

We are growing the food service distribution side of our business supplying products to restaurants, grocery stores, and food service operators across the Lower Mainland. We are hiring a hunter-style Sales Representative whose primary focus is winning new customers and securing orders.

This role is for someone who thrives on being in the field every day, opening doors, building relationships quickly, and closing business. If you enjoy prospecting, pitching, and seeing immediate results from your effort, this role is built for you.

This is not an account maintenance role. This is a high-activity, new-business sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit restaurants and grocery stores daily within assigned territory
  • Prospect and onboard new customers through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Present products, pricing, and value propositions clearly and confidently
  • Win first orders and build repeat purchasing behaviour
  • Identify opportunities to grow order size and product range
  • Maintain basic customer records and follow up consistently
  • Work closely with operations and admin to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly new-account and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in field sales / hunter-style sales

Background in FMCG, food service, grocery, or power brands strongly preferred

Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling

Confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven

Self-motivated with strong time management

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Comfortable working independently and being on the road daily

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

  • Sales experience with FMCG brands, CPG, or nationally recognized "power brands"
  • Existing relationships with restaurants or grocery stores
  • Experience opening new territories or launching new products
