**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Utilize Pipedrive to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Support outside sales representatives by preparing proposals and presentations.
- Help negotiate contracts and close sales by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Pipedrive software for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Strong self-management skill and self-motivation skill.
- Bilingual in Mandarine is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in outside or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $4,200.00-$4,800.00 per month
