- **Quick Learner** - Automotive dealership experience is a bonus, but not required. Your willingness to learn and grow is what counts most.
- **Organized & Focused** - You manage your calendar, CRM, and opportunities with precision to stay on top of a dynamic workload.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships between WD Co-Auto and automotive dealer members.
- Prospect new business and introduce our programs to dealerships, particularly in Fixed Operations.
- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Detail Managers to deliver products and programs that drive real value.
- Support your accounts with consistency, follow-through, and a solution-focused approach.
- Track your activities, pipeline, and results in CRM tools.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (outside or inside).
- Demonstrated resilience, drive, and comfort with both short
- and long-cycle sales.
- Able to communicate and build rapport with a wide variety of personalities and departments.
- Proficient with CRM systems and calendar/task management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
