Job Description

Friction Auto Parts is looking for a delivery driver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate deliveries from the store to the customer

· Pick orders once they are printed and prepare for dispatching

· Communicate with customers regarding order status

· Work with counter staff to ensure seamless customer service for the customer

· Drive company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers in a safe and timely manner

· Maintain daily vehicle logs

. Handle and record cash daily

. Process payments with wireless debit/credit machine

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Class G License required

· Clean drivers abstract

· Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively

· Strong attention to detail

· Basic understanding of safety procedures and requirements

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Time management and problem solving skills

· Ability to work as part of the Friction Team
