Delivery Driver – WorkLink Connect (Hiring for a Logistics Company)

Location: Scarborough, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time (Weekend Availability Required)

License Requirement: Valid G Class + Clean Driver's Abstract

About the Role

WorkLink Connect is recruiting dependable and safety-focused Delivery Drivers for a leading logistics company. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, fast-paced work and are looking for long-term stability in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
  • Deliver 300+ parcels per shift within an 8–10 hour window
  • Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the delivery route
  • Load and unload products using a forklift or approved equipment when required
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and secure delivery of packages
  • Protect all mail and parcels from weather, theft, or damage
  • Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain necessary documentation
  • Navigate high-traffic and downtown areas with confidence
  • Communicate promptly with Dispatch regarding any concerns or delays

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Clean driver's abstract (no demerit points)
  • Valid G Class driver's license
  • Comfortable using delivery apps and mobile devices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full-time availability, including weekends
  • Minimum age: 25 years old
  • Two pieces of valid government-issued ID
  • Road test will take place in London
