Role Description

This is a full-time Compliance Manager role located on-site in Vancouver, BC. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective compliance programs to ensure organizational integrity and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring and assessing compliance risks, creating and updating policies, conducting audits, and providing training to employees on regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to address compliance concerns and maintain a supportive, ethical workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, risk management, and governance policies
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
  • Auditing, monitoring, and investigation skills to effectively manage compliance risks
  • Excellent communication and training abilities to educate teams on compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for addressing policy and process issues
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus
  • Experience in a similar role or industry, ideally within HR or a regulatory environment
