Shape the World Around You – As a member of our Materials Ontario team, you'll be involved in shaping the geotechnical solutions that support tomorrow's infrastructure. From transit and highways to energy and environmental projects, your expertise will make a difference to communities across the province.

Your Impact

  • Deliver geotechnical designs and recommendations that support safe, sustainable infrastructure across Ontario
  • Conduct field investigations and laboratory testing to assess soil, rock, and groundwater conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges
  • Prepare technical reports and proposals that influence project decisions and client strategies
  • Contribute to projects that enhance community resilience and environmental stewardship

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Professional designation in Ontario (P.Eng.) or eligibility to obtain
  • More than 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, ideally within consulting or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, gINT, or PLAXIS
  • Comfortable conducting fieldwork across Ontario, with a strong commitment to safety
    Passion for solving real-world problems and contributing to meaningful projects
