The Roadmap

The Bilingual Account Manager. (French & English) role is focused on actively maintaining and upgrading accounts to increase product adoption. You will advocate for our products and services amongst your clients in hopes of infiltrating dealer groups and establishing long term relationships.

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will maximize product adoption and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by maintaining a high degree of customer engagement with your clients while identifying new and/or upgrade opportunities. You will act as a main point of contact for customers collaborating with Integrations, Tier 1 Support and Sales to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention. You will perform regular touch points to strengthen customer loyalty and minimize churn.

You are extremely organized, an excellent communicator and possess a high degree of initiative. You must be a confident, self-starter with a desire to exceed the needs of your customers while maintaining retention and hitting sales targets.

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and continually drive the value of our business

solutions to increase product adoption and MRR growth.

  • Manage a growing portfolio of accounts with some enterprise account management duties. Consistently

deliver a positive customer experience to all.

  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated customer portfolios and respond to all inquiries via email,

virtual meetings, or phone calls in a timely, professional manner.

  • Meet sales targets through needs analysis, and product demonstration. Collaborate with sales team

members if required to obtain goals.

  • Determine high risk customers, nurture accounts to effectively avoid churn and reach a set quarterly

retention target.

  • Perform the initial Playbook call in collaboration with the Integration Manager.
  • Establish a relationship with users, uncover their strategic goals and relay the value and ROI of our

software.

  • Make recommendations on dealerships User Experience to ensure maximum conversions on our product

suite.

  • Manage customer contracts and agreements through renewal, upgrading, downgrading and cancellation.
  • Identify customer needs and advocate for customers in collaboration with all internal stakeholders (eg.

Product, Marketing, etc.)

  • Communicate new features, enhancements, and products to customers.
  • Input accurate and up to date customer information in our CRM database (HubSpot).

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and spoken French is a must.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS Account Management
  • Inside Sales or a similar role.
  • Experience in the automotive field is an asset.
  • A passion for creating a memorable customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedicated team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and ability to work well independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in learning new technology.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience using CRM software, HubSpot preferred.
  • Knowing about cars is a bonus, but not required.

Performance Package

  • Salary: $50,000/per year
  • On-target-earnings: $65,000/per year
  • The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees may participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
