Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Bookkeeper located in Toronto, ON. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing general bookkeeping tasks, maintaining and utilizing accounting software, recording and reconciling journal entries, and supporting financial reporting processes. The role involves collaborating with clients, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
  • 2 Years of experience working with QuickBooks Software
  • Strong understanding of Finance principles and processes
  • Skill in recording and bank reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
